Oceanart is looking for like minded photographers, designers and the like who might be interested in sharing the Oceanart Gallery, Studio and office facilities. We have sold one of our businesses that shared the premises and now it is just too big for Oceanart by itself. The Gallery/Studio is located in a factory unit facing onto Woolooware Bay (with waterviews to the City) at Unit 9, 16-18 Northumberland Road Caringbah. It has three levels with the following facilities.

1. Three seperate offices

2. Studio with 4.5 metre ceiling height

3. Gallery

4. Boardroom

5. Full Kitchen off one office and a tea room facility off one other office.

6. Toilet on each of the three levels.
